HEP - Hospitality Employment Program (NSW)

It is widely researched that young people aged 16-25 years have an increased risk of disengagement in education and employment. This then impacts their ability to participate and engage in creative activities such as education and employment during a critical stage of their life. The flow on effects of this can be lifelong on the young person as it decreases their ability to gain skills and build their capacity to function as a positive contributor to not only the wider community but also in the ability to meet their own individual needs.
