Introducing Turning Into Teens (TinT), an evidence-based program, empowering parents to connect with their teens, understand their needs, manage emotions, and reduce conflict.

Join us for a program where we empower you with knowledge to navigate parenting challenges. Enhance your emotion coaching skills to strengthen your bond and communication with your teenager during this pivotal time.

Overview

One of the things parents find most helpful about attending this series is the chance to share experiences that are common for parents at this time, and hear new ideas about connecting with teenagers.

Tuning into Teens shows you how to help your teen develop emotional intelligence - a key lifelong skill. Emotional intelligence is the capability of individuals to recognise their own emotions and those of others, tell the difference between different feelings and label them appropriately, use emotional information to guide thinking and behavior, and adjust emotions to adapt to environments.

How does TinT work?

Tuning into Teens is a FREE program run by Kids First for parents who live in Campbelltown LGA suburbs.
